We only accept a handful of exclusive clientele, ensuring you'll always experience the best service and availability of our fleet. Additionally, we prioritize safety and responsible driving practices. To ensure the well-being of our guests and the integrity of our vehicles, we have established the following driver eligibility criteria:
All drivers must be at least 30 years old to be eligible to rent a vehicle. This age requirement is established to align with our commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
Drivers must hold a valid driver's license issued in North America, specifically in Canada or the United States. This license must be in good standing and current throughout the entire rental period.
Drivers must have a driving history free from excessive collisions. Eligible drivers should not have had more than two at-fault collisions within the last three years.
In line with industry standards and to safeguard against potential damages, all drivers are required to submit a refundable security deposit of $1000 at the initiation of the rental.
When you book any vehicle with our service, you'll be prompted to fill out some information about yourself during the checkout process, including your driver's license's originating region and respective driver's license number. Once your checkout is complete, we reserve the vehicle for you while we review your eligibility against the driver eligibility criteria. Within 24 hours, we'll send you a confirmation email or request for additional information.
