Note that this policy does not constitute a Rental Agreement, which is a separate agreement signed between the Customer and Ramp to Ride, Inc., prior to any vehicle rental.
1. Service Description
At Ramp to Ride, Inc., our commitment is to redefine your travel experience through an exceptional luxury airport delivery vehicle rental service. Our fleet of vehicles are meticulously curated to offer a travel encounter that seamlessly integrates convenience and sophistication, setting a new standard in premium transportation. Our vehicles are provided through a collaboration with local FBOs.
2. Booking and Reservations
Users may initiate bookings and reservations through our website or by contacting our dedicated customer service team. It is crucial that reservation details, including accurate pickup and drop-off times, are meticulously provided during the booking process. Any modifications or cancellations must align with the policies clearly outlined on the website to ensure a fair and consistent process for all users.
3. Vehicle Availability
Vehicle availability is contingent upon demand and may experience fluctuations. While we make every effort to accommodate all reservations, various external factors beyond our control may influence availability including but not limited to technical issues, vehicle maintenance, staffing, and others. In such instances, we cannot guarantee the availability of vehicles and/or services.
4. Payment
Customers agree to remit the specified rental fees, applicable taxes, and any additional charges outlined during the booking process. All financial information is handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Customers are responsible for any and all incurred expenses and fines related to the vehicle rental including but not limited to parking fines, toll charges, highway traffic violations, and all other charges.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Users are expected to familiarize themselves with and adhere to our cancellation policy. Refunds are provided at the discretion of Ramp to Ride, Inc.
6. Vehicle Return
Responsibility for returning the rented vehicle in the same condition as received lies with the Customer. Additional charges may be applied for late returns, damage, or excessive wear.
7. Privacy and Security

8. Code of Conduct
Users are expected to conduct themselves in a manner reflective of respect and responsibility throughout the entire rental period. Any violation of local laws, our policies, or engagement in abusive behavior with or without direct use of the rental vehicle may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement. We emphasize a zero-tolerance policy towards ill behavior, discrimination, or harassment to our staff and/or representatives of Ramp to Ride, Inc.
9. Deposit
We do not collect a deposit.
10. Modification of Terms
Ramp to Ride Inc., reserves the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Modifications may include, but are not limited to, changes in fees, policies, or the introduction of new features and others.
11. Termination of Service
Ramp to Ride Inc., retains the right to terminate or suspend services to any user found in violation of these terms or engaging in behavior deemed detrimental to our business interests or the safety of others.
12. Limited Liability
Ramp to Ride Inc., shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have thoroughly read, comprehended, and willingly agree to be bound by the provisions outlined in this Agreement.
